Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AppRankHero (the "Service"), provided by DedalDev Doo ("DedalDev", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
AppRankHero is an App Store Optimization tool that tracks keyword rankings, competitors and metrics for apps you choose. Ranking and metric data is derived from Apple's public App Store / iTunes Search API and is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or any specific ranking or business outcome.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials and license key secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract.
Subscriptions & billing
The Service offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of the current period. For refund requests, contact us at info@dedaldev.com.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service's data except for your own use.
- Do not reverse engineer, or use the Service to violate Apple's terms or any law.
Your data
You retain ownership of the apps and keywords you track. We process them as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DedalDev is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from reliance on ASO data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
