Create an account and sign in

Register with your email address, verify it, sign in, change your password, sign out or delete your account.

Your AppRankHero account holds your apps, keywords, rank history and teams. You sign in with an email address and a password.

Create an account

  1. Open AppRankHero. On the Welcome Back screen, click Register next to "Don't have an account?".
  2. Fill in Full Name, Email, Password and Confirm Password. The password needs at least 6 characters.
  3. Click Create Account.
  4. The Check Your Email screen appears. Open the verification email we sent and click the link in it.
  5. Go back to the app. It notices the verification and signs you in.

Sign in

  1. On the Welcome Back screen, enter your Email and Password.
  2. Click Sign In.

You stay signed in until you sign out. A Mac can be signed in to one account at a time.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign in screen, click Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
  3. Open the email, choose a new password, then sign in with it.

Change your password

  1. Click Account in the sidebar.
  2. Next to Change Password, click Change.
  3. Enter your current password, the new password and the new password again, then save.

Sign out

Click Account in the sidebar, then Sign Out. Your data stays in your account.

Delete your account

  1. Click Account in the sidebar, then Delete Account.
  2. The app lists any teams that are deleted with your account, because you are their only owner. Click Continue.
  3. Enter your password and click Delete Account.

Questions and answers

Can I sign in with Google or Apple?

Not at the moment. AppRankHero uses an email address and a password.

Is my license key my password?

No. Your password signs you in to the app. Your license key, which you get after buying Pro or Studio, unlocks the paid plan and connects AI tools. See Activate your license key.
